How food is digested

Have you ever wondered how food is digested.I will provide you with many facts as to how food is digested.

Food that is eaten is masticated by your teeth and saliva. The food is then moved to the back of the mouth to the trapdoor or the oesophagus by your tongue.

The food then ends up in your  stomach and is broken down by digestive juices. The broken down down food is taken  away by small intestine. The goodness of the food is then soaked in.

All the remainder food moves to a large intestines where the water is taken out. You need food in your body and that is transport by the blood to all the parts of your body where  it is required for growth, repair and energy.

In conclusion waste food excreted through the anus.
